The factory situated at Shrirampur in the district of Ahmednagar district is one of the largest cow milk producing districts in the country. 70% milk from a radius of 50km is collected from here. Spread across a 90,000 sq meter premise, it has multiple manufacturing facilities for various kinds of cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, processed cheese), powders (SMP, WMP, dairy whitener, whey), sweet and condensed milk, ghee, butter, AMF, plain and flavoured milk sweets, and more. The company exports butter, AMF and powders from here. Just 260km away from Mumbai and 30km from Shirdi, the factory has a strong and robust Quality Management System in place.
Our factory situated at Navi Mumbai is spread across 1.25 acres. It has three installations – milk processing, pouch milk, fermented milk products with capacities of 700 KLPD, 300 KPLD and 40 KPLD, respectively. Computerised milk testing facilities and comprehensive enterprise management programmes cover production, purchase and sales, finance, stores, inventory, storage and payroll functions. The manufacturing facility is complemented by a wide range of packing and filling machines supplied by Indian and overseas suppliers. Milk pouches, curd, buttermilk and lassi are manufactured here.
